It’s a pleasure to announce that Joseph J. Esposito has joined GiantChair as CEO.  We have known Joe for some time now and have been happily surprised to discover how much our and his vision of the publishing industry overlaps.  We all share a love of books (and, we must add, a love for selling books); and we share a sense of what digital media means for the evolution of the book business.  GiantChair is at the center of discussions of the future of the publishing industry, about which we are heartily optimistic.  We will all be reading and writing more books in the years to come—and, with GiantChair’s assistance, we will be selling many more of them, too.
